10/10 Exceptional

Excellent Location of the property, everything walkable distance, so many facilities , restaurants, supermarkets, fresh juice corners and Copacabana beach very close by, very lively location and safe. Very helpful and friendly staff, breakfast was massive with so much variety, lovely food. Inside the rooms the tap was making very loud noise whenever we opened it in wash basin in the toilet to get water, that needs fixing otherwise all was very good. Very good hotel for the families and great value for money.

Everything was as described, and the location was excellent. Overall, a very good stay. Something to consider is that there is a R$30 fee for luggage storage, which was not clearly disclosed anywhere beforehand.

Lovely location just a short walk from the beach. Staff are all very helpful. Room and facilities at hotel all clean and well maintained. Coffee options are limited at breakfast which is the only negative comment I can make. Great stay while in Rio.

4/10 Fair

Very old hotel, needs a total renovation. Rooms are big, but totally outdated. Bad quality linens and towels. AC did not work well. Shower was bad too. Location is excellent, but overall quality of the hotel is below the minimum standards. It should be qualified as a 2-star hotel.

6/10 Good

The so called gym was horrible. The equipment was useless and the makeshift gym was leaking water from the roof. The hotel charged us to hold our bags during our wait for check in. The breakfast was GOOD. Bacon was very hard chunks. The location is favorable. The room was clean and rate it a B. There was an issue with the hot water. When it was turned on slightly it made a horrible noise, the problem was other rooms caused the same noise that would bleed into our room. Dining area was definitely a bit old and weathered. Will admit I saw new lights being installed and the seats being exchanged everyday for reupholstered ones.
Verified review

2/10 Poor

The worst problem is the noite. You can hear everything in the room next to you. Also the employees make a lot of noise (cleaning, maintenance,...). Sometimes they even speak very loudly on thei phone or work with music. The rooms are very old. The beds are broken and uncomfortable. There was hair in the shower. The breakfast has nothing special compared to other places.
Verified review

6/10 Good

Very good location near the Copacabana Beach. The staff were ok but front desk are a bit unfriendly. The room is dark with small window and poor lighting. They charge for water and even for keeping your luggage after checking out.

10/10 Exceptional

About two blocks away from the beach, felt very safe in the neighborhood. Great food options close by. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet had scrambled eggs different sausages and lots of fresh fruit and bread options. My only complaint is the scrambled eggs were very wet but overall great food at breakfast! Room was a little small but very clean and nice. Pool was so beautiful and they have a sauna and place to hangout on the roof with great views. I would definitely stay here again!

6/10 Good

The breakfast was good, lots of choices but the WiFi does not work in the rooms . The location is very central and close to a lot of things but they do not have a clothes iron. The staff said they offer ironing but only in the morning and I needed to iron my shirt at night so I had to go without. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms were a bit dated and had mold on some of the tiles .

2/10 Poor

Had a room with 2 small beds. One bed had a mattress that probably lost a few springs, by the head area. That bed was very small for an adult. Room is small. Staff was great. Breakfast was excellent. The roling toaster need some fixing. Not hot enough. Very noisy people talking loud and screaming loud till 4am. Clientele has no respect for others Overall 3/10. Not coming back.
