Dirty room with dirty shoes footsteps on the floor. A/C can't turn off - noisy. The reason I don't give it complete fail decor is not bad. Cleaning lady woke me up even though I had do not disturb sign on the door. Front desk not friendly

The worst experience ever. The access to hotel was closed yesterday evening when we arrived tired from our flight from Europe. We had to book another hotel on site. We couldn't get in that Protea. With the most arrogant feedback I ever got, they are now telling us that it was OUR no show. They are located inside OR Tambo Airport in Johannesburg. Their Security denied us access yesterday evening.
A place to be avoided be it for its situation but mostly for the unkindness and arrogance of its Management
