Booked in first, then read a reviews. And was no longer exited about our upcoming trip. . a day before arival someone called me to answer all my questions. We wew booking in late, so received instrucions by email on same day, about 3pm. All were very clear with pictures and maps. Free parking. Not sure if we were juat lucky, but we received very good room. It was in block 3 number 13. 4th floor. Apartment was in middle of private ones. Quaiet area. As we were with 18 month son, it was perfect for us. All was fine. Apartment views amazing. Good 2 beds, 2 baths. Wifi was fine. Nothing that i noticed broken. Few things that were not so good, carpet was stained in living room, and one heather was not fully working. After booking, I find out you must be 25 or older to check in. And received few notifications that this Apartment is not for parties. Ok, i got if from the forst time. And we had to pay £100 deposit. I mean what if i was 24 year old mother travelling with my son, i would not be able to stay? Maybe a suggestion to hotel would be to ignore this 25 year rule for travellers with kids. But, would come back to this place definitely.

The property was a good size but needs a total refurb it has plenty parking and common areas well looked after and clean.Dishwasher still had half washed dishes in most off the welcome pack not there radiator did not work in corridor .All emails were answered with a lot off apoligies but not a lot action we received welcome pack 4 days after we arrived 😂 and radiator was not repaired during our stay and it was minus 2 in Edinburgh at time

The apartment this time was not so good, the tv was poor quality and the picture was very fuzzy. Also tye apartment was freezing and it seemed the heaters had been isolated or turned off

TERRIBLE! DO NOT COME HERE! Very Uncomfortable!
Upon arrival to city Padzz no email was sent confirming where the key was and the key code. The lady I spoke to the week before when we booked said the email would come through on that day and nothing came through. We then had to wait 15 mins for a guy to come down to give us access to the key box to get our key to access the apartment. After driving 5 hours upto Scotland it is not ideally what you want and expect ! upon arriving at the apartment, we noticed there were chipping in the walls paper and also the WiFi was terrible . In current covid times you’d expect them to have good WiFi ! We are not in the 1800’s! We noticed in the shower there was mould ! It was just vile to be honest . Then when we would come back from out and noticed if the heating was on and one of us was in the shower longer than 5 minutes the shower and water in the whole apartment would be cold ! I ended up calling the emergency number one evening to complain and he told me to turn the heating off and leave it 5 mins. After I did that it still was not on. After being out in the cold all day you just want to come back to have a nice hot shower and bath not wait 45 mins for hot water ! It’s like a 3rd world apartment absolutely terrible ! We also had to call up for a frying pan as we noticed the apartment had no frying pan for us to make breakfast. I stayed here last year in one of your 3 bedroom apartments and it was great , I will not be coming back here again! Absolutely terrible! Stay away!!

Beautiful flats with sea views
Very good location and fantastic views of sea from all 3 bedrooms and lounge(10/10 Western harbourway terrace). Good and free parking. Good kitchen and adequate equipments.Easy check in and check out process. Overall good and would definitely recommend to friends and would love to go here again. Few downsides like- carpets dated and not very clean, a vaccum cleaner or hoover should have been provided so that families with children can keep flat clean. But not a major issue.
