The location is nice, as it is right next to the fair grounds and you can see the west side of the Tetons. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. No elevator so all 2nd floor rooms are accessed by one of several stair wells. Breakfast was varied enough for everyone to find something to eat, hot food (eggs, meat, potatoes or biscuits and gravy) and well as cereals and a waffle maker. Free parking. Wi-fi included.

Stayed here for the hot tub which was broken when we got there. Then our bathtub would not drain. At 8:30 pm at night I am requesting help or to move us. They had no maintenance help, no house keeping and no manager to speak to. Hotel was not fully booked at all and they still refused to move us for an hour. Finally moved us to a room that smelled like someone smoked in it just before we got there. On another note the rooms were very clean. So we'll done to the cleaners! Would not stay here ever again.
