Surrounding area wasn’t “perfect” but one could access most resources within 10-15 minute walk. Uber worked as well! Weight room had essentials. Pool is better for youth. Quarto limpo, ar-condicionado funcionando, funcionários prestativos. Pontos como sugestão de melhoria: Acústica dos quartos dos pavimentos superiores, a noite dá para ouvir algum barulho que pelo que parece é o ar-condicionado nos quartos superiores ou algum equipamento no próprio quarto que tira um pouco do silêncio ao dormir. Mandei mensagem cerca de 07:00 da manhã para a equipe do hotel informando que um evento foi cancelado e se poderia antecipar o check-in no hotel informaram que se houvesse disponibilidade poderia antecipar, cheguei por volta das 09:00 e ao verificar fui informada que para antecipar precisava pagar metade da diária, compreendo as normas do hotel, mas como cortesia ou em caráter excepcional vejo que poderia ter sido liberado pois o hotel aparentemente não estava com taxa de ocupação alta, e precisei aguardar até praticamente as 14:00 para conseguir subir no quarto. No mais, tudo bem com a estadia.

Um dos maiores diferenciais é a localização privilegiada: ao lado da Conexão Aeroporto, o que facilita muito o deslocamento para quem chega ou sai de Belo Horizonte. Além disso, é possível fazer uma agradável caminhada até diversos pontos turísticos e comerciais da cidade, como o Shopping Cidade, o Mercado Central, a Praça da Liberdade e todo o Circuito Liberdade, sem depender de transporte.
