Stopped off in Nantes to break a journey from Blois to Cognac through the Loire Valley. Arrived early and found Nantes to be an understated treasure. The hotel is beautiful, a converted church overlooking a public park with easy access to the city centre by a short walk but the tram is just at the bottom of the street. there are accessible rooms and a fantastic reception area and bar. wished we had booked more nights. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Je recommande vivement. Un grand merci aux équipes pour leur accueil et service. Nous avons été très bien accueilli à notre arrivée, les chambres familiales sont spacieuses et mention spéciale au départ, très matinal, par le night qui a pris le temps de nous préparer des cafés. La localisation est idéale pour rejoindre l'aéroport rapidement !

Lovely comfortable rooms. Was great to have free Wi Fi. Staff very friendly and helpful. The location was ok although there are not many facilities within walking distance. For example Restaurants, shops. But overall very happy with the hotel.

Very helpful reception staff

Very convenient to the main road but in a very quiet location - The only downside is the lack of restaurant for dinner but the nearby Italian restaurant is excellent and worth the walk/cycle/taxi.

Great value for money and very comfortable and clean. Everything we needed was available and recommend paying a bit extra for continental breakfast which cuts out a lot of hassle.

Everything was excellent

The hotel couldn’t be more helpful. We arrived in Nantes in a campervan and found it wasn’t easy to park. Not in any way the fault of the hotel but they were brilliant at helping us work out a plan. Every member of staff was super welcoming. The family room was comfortable, dark and the quiet. Everyone slept well here. If we came to Nantes again, no question about it, we’d stay at the Billie Hotel.
