Be careful when selecting room
Disappointed about the room, whose windows face inside the stairwell of the hotel (no windows facing outside the building). Part of the window is not transparent, but the top part of the window is transparent and can be seen through by people walking in the main staircase outside, unless curtains are closed. We asked the staff about this, but they declined to give us a new room, as the room information is stated when booking. The part about people being able to view inside the room is, however, not stated. Only later did I see that it is indeed stated that the "room has no windows", but in a very inconspicuous way on the hotels.com website. My take-away from this is to always look very carefully at room description when booking from now on.
