Great stay. Executive suites are lovely and well equipped. Would be good for the ground floor rooms to have something to hang towels, wet swimwear etc on as no balcony rail. Excellent bar menu although service is slow. restaurants are fine, nothing special. Great location for the lakefront path and a good supermarket across the road if self-catering.
We had a superior lake view room on the 6th floor. The room was large, fairly well equipped and had an incredible view. The only neg was that only Nescafé was provided -Given the cost of the room I expected a proper coffee maker. The pools and gardens are superb, as is the location on Lake Garda. We were however very disappointed by the Aria restaurant. We had paid for half board for three nights but only ate there once - the food was mediocre, served in tiny portions and with very slow service. We ended up eating all our other meals at the excellent pizza restaurant. Half board feels like a real rip off since, as the pizza restaurant shows, the hotel clearly knows how to run a good restaurant.
Beautiful grounds, watersport
A fantastic modern hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, rooms spotlessly clean and grounds a wonderfully relaxing haven
As always another great stay at Du Lac et Du Parc. We returned this time with our 5 month old baby staying in the Murialdo suites where we had lots of space, a handy changing table and a cot provided. The hotel also lent us a buggy for our whole stay which saved us bringing one with us. The outstanding feature as always is the breakfast (those pancakes and omelettes yum) and the location, tropical gardens and setting right on the lake. Can’t wait to return again when the weather is warmer
Well located, good accommodation for families (we stayed in the bungalows), good breakfast
Great location, lovely parkland in resort, good swimming pool, only indoor pool open last week of October. Stayed in bungalow - twin beds and sofa bed for son, otherwise hard plastic chairs to sit on. Overall good resort in a very relaxed town.
We got the suite that had extra space for the little one to run around in and it was always cleaned every day. We really enjoyed our stay and the indoor pool was great for our daughter. I cannot fault anything the staff were excellent from the reception to the cleaners. We won’t think twice in staying here again if we were to come back to Riva del Garda.
Location of the hotel is perfect! It backs right onto the lake and the view is just incredible! Especially when waking up each morning and stepping out onto your balcony and just seeing this amazing view. The staff are really friendly and do their best to help / make your stay enjoyable. It is like heaven on earth and I would thoroughly recommend this hotel purely for its location!
Fantastic views over the lake and mountains. Breakfast was lovely, beds are comfy, showers are powerful. Didnt have European plugs, it was as if they had their own socket systems. We had to get adapters for adapters from reception to plug in anything UK wired. This is our second year there and we don't remember that being a problem last year, odd. Apart from that, all perfect.
