Poor 2.0
Rates were cheap which was nice, but the room was disgusting. Outdated, discolouration on the bed sheets. Click flooring swollen at every joint (indicating water damage). Mould in the bathroom. And room flooring tilted. Worse motel I’ve ever stayed at.

Room was clean. Very small, needs renovation. Good for a nights sleep.

Poor 2.0
Went in winter. Parking lot not plowed. In the middle of nowhere and not a vending machine in sight. The inside of the room looked clean smelled like Mr Clean but looked like a dump. In dire need of repair. Bathroom inside toilet and around all yellow, bathtub was coming off the wall. The door did not close properly. Where the beds were there was a draft coming from the window. We had no choice to stay there. The very young grandkids were extremely tired of the ride. We stayed the night but i will never vook that again. It needs to be eedone from the outside in

Comfortable beds, okay TV and wifi, okay shower, fridge. Adequate space and working thermostat, quiet heating (didn't need A/C so can't comment). A little run down but clean. Decent food choices available within 10 to 15 min drive into Sudbury. Stayed here for Killarney because you need to book way in advance during fall colour season to stay in the town. It's a fairly long drive to the park Visitor Centre, but not bad if you've come all the way from Toronto, etc. Good choice for the price if you just need a bed for the night. Only real concern would be that the highway noise might bother a light sleeper.

Great budget accommodations, clean and comfortable.

It’s not a Hilton - so don’t expect that. But if all u need is a place to sleep and shower and get going this will suit just fine.
