Condition of hotel
Been to the hotel previously. Whilst the room was clean it could well do with a lot of modernisation. Tiles in bathroom cracked and grouting dirty. Signs of leaking in a lot of places throughout the hotel. Really dirty light fittings in restaurant above tables. Staff friendly and food was lovely

Great stay , over 2 nights .. food was outstanding on all levels , breakfast and evening meal , the overall place needs a bit of TLC maintenance wise however this did not affect the stays- will book again if in the area

Never stay at this hotel
The food was not good burnt sausage no flavour chicken was dry and tasteless no steak on mixed grill overall really disappointed will not be returning the room needs total makeover blood on radiator didn’t matter because it didn’t work holes in the walls marks all over the walls bathroom was discussing cracked sink shower not fixed to the wall properly.

Great place to stay
Having stayed in some of the other branded hotels in the area this by far is the best. The most comfortable bed I have sleep in and a very spacious room. The pub attached sells very tasty and reasonably priced food. Overhead a great stay and have booked again for my next trip to the area.
