The staff is very nice and the breakfast is always good with a lot to choose from as far as fruits cakes and that stuff the hot part of the breakfast generally consists of eggs and a meat dish. It's a buffet style so you can feel yourself up with breakfast. The gym is pretty decent and it's open for a long enough time but not 24 hours.

Had to pay 40 Real to the hotel for the luggage storage as we arrived before the official check in time. First time ever that a hotel charged me as guest for a service that you could expect when being a guest.

8/10 Very good

We stayed here for 2 nights during carnival and the hotel is excellent value for money. It's an old hotel and we loved the original architecture. It's basic but has a comfortable bed, great power in the shower and the room was nice and clean. Our room was very quiet at night. The real asset to the hotel are the staff, especially Cesar who met us on arrival at the front desk and was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The hotel is downtown and we did see a couple of homeless people but in our 3 day stay we never felt uncomfortable or unsafe. We used ubers and the metro to get around the city.

Desaster. They switch off water supply over the night, so the excrements were floating in the bowl until the morning. And on the morning there is only cold water in the shower. Enjoy.

Order a cheeseburger, they told me 30 minutes will be ready, wait for 1 hour and they told me 30 more minutes. Then I cancel the order . For breakfast I found a long hair on my eggs. I need an email to be printed on the front desk and they told me they have a problem with email, and the printer wasn't working.

Hotel bem localizado, quarto grande, chuveiro bom, café da manhã bom. Só o bidê que é coisa do passado, já poderiam ter trocado por uma ducha higiênica.
