    Good clean apartments in Edinburgh. Rooms were clean and functional. Underground parking was good and we were allowed to park our car there for the entire day after we checked out. Reception was a little bit difficult to find as it appeared as a ground floor apartment with a small sign. Good value for Edinburgh.

    poor customer service, no care or regard.POOR.

    Great start check in. Parking a bit steep at £12. Apartment lovely. Checking in about 5pm with dinner reservations elsewhere. Plan for few drinks before heading out. Heating not working. Freezing inside. Called reception and got a visit shortly after. Radiators and thermostat as required. Hotel chap left to check boiler. Returned to say he had done something elsewhere and that should be it. And that was fine radiators heat up and place warmed up eventually. About 7 noticed it was cold again. Called down to say radiators cold. As we we were heading out asked if they could pop up in 15 mins. Yes. Returned about midnight. Apartment freezing. Called reception told chap had been but could not fix it. No note left, no call to us, to alternative heater, NOTHING. No real apology. Was speaking to another person but nothing, no message no thought they had a prob to fix. NOTHING. Were not going to offer anything until I ask what are you going to do. Move apartment. After midnight:?? Jan freezing, had chance to sort it or sort something. Nothing. No ownership, no customer service, no care or thought. Appalling.
