Not brilliant but bed comfy
Warm weather had the windows open at night could hear the seagulls and bin lorries at 5am. Shower was a dribble not powerful the tap for the showet was broken. Dust on the headboard abd up the walls with cobwebs too. Burn marks on the wall paper and the light fittings attached to the head board were all damaged as kept falling out of socket

It was not so good as we have a little baby. They gave us a room at the top floor without lift to access it so we could not get the pram to our room. We did not enjoy our stay as every time we want to go out we have concern about the pram. Also we arrived a little early but they did not allow us to check min till 2. p.m and that was terrible for our little baby.

Disappointed this time
Not the room in the picture when I booked. Only 2 small high up windows and no windowin bathroom so felt quite confined, however once I got used to the room and I was only using it for one night, it was fine. Bed could definitely do with a new mattress but it wasn’t too bad just for one night. Thelock on the door only just touched the keep so ended up putting chair against the door through the night. Not great. Service itself was fine, young girl was lovely and room was clean and all well otherwise

Lovely place
Was upgraded to beautiful room over looking gardens. Really lovely people although a little confusing to find how to check in as no one about. They’re next door in next hotel. Luckily other cleaning staff saw me and assisted.

Shabby Clean
On arrival you had to call the sister hotel.A staff member came to show us to our room, which was very clean but very dated. The hotel is in desperate need of modernising. The bathroom smelled if the toilet was flushed but not just from our room.We parked on the street a motorcycle fell onto the car which was parked behind us and dented the boot.Birghton was a great place to visit with plenty to do.
