Location is set in the country, beautiful and peaceful. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is lovely! We ate at the restaurant. Five star choices, all delicious. Commentary breakfast the next day, fit for royalty. We loved it! Highly recommend.

It could have been perfect.

It would have been perfect if the head server would have giving us a smile only ones . She just didn’t make us feel welcome . ( All other personal was always friendly.)Or if someone up one our arrival would have offered us some help with our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. Same at check out. I had to go thru the rooms to find a maid to pay my bill.

This was a great stay. It’s a restaurant with a hotel in many ways, however both are excellent. I stayed for one night whilst riding my motorcycle towards Norway. The room was more than sufficient, clean and tidy. The restaurant dinner was excellent. All staff were friendly and the settings are fabulous. I would stay again without any concerns.
