A very warm friendly welcome from Jenny on reception! A really lovely spacious family room, we couldnt fault it at all (they have thought of everything!) It had a huge bed with the most comfy pillows, tea and coffee, complimentary water and biscuits, and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. Lovely clean bathroom with the best fluffy towels! Jenny even went out of her way to find us a small fridge for our babies milk, and the travel cot was already set up with clean linen. The grounds were lovely, with lovely walks for the dog. And the full english breakfast was fantastic! The pool was nice and quiet. We couldnt find anything wrong with our stay!

The hotel staff and welcome was amazing. The room was very spacious and bed was comfortable. Food at breakfast and main restaurant was exceptional. However the room decor could do with a bit of updating and a revamp.
