Walden’s is an amazing property surrounded by wineries, which was our only agenda item. We come to Culpeper / Orange area every year. This year I wanted something more modern. I love the other B and Bs in the area, and while the historic places are charming, the facilities sometime lack in other areas such as upscale bathrooms and entertainment. We loved Walden and hope to come back and take advantage of the pool and fishing pond.

Great B&B. Staff was extremely friendly and their attention to detail was fantastic. The room was well appointed and the breakfast the next morning was to die for. My wife and I love going to wine country in Virginia and this will be where we stay from this point forward. I don’t have enough wonderful things to say about this place. Loved it!!

Spectacular experience!
The estate and surrounding countryside are spectacular. We very much enjoyed walking the property, seeing the cattle, and relaxing in the pool. The staff were very nice and extremely accommodating. We felt instantly at home and our requests were swiftly taken care of. Our suite was spacious and well decorated. Even though we were in one of their smaller suites, it was still much larger than a hotel room or any traditional Inn room. Things that were great included the fluffy robes, wonderful views from every window, the movie theater, fantastic coffee and world class breakfast. Many thanks to Eric and his team!

The property manager, Eric and the Inkeeper, Andy were amazing, kind, attentive, and accommodating! The facility was immaculate and beautiful! The amenities were abundant that we could not use them all in our 4 day stay. Top notch from the moment we entered the property! We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the B&B and look forward to planning our next trip!

Luxurious B&B near Culpeper, Va.
Beautiful, ultra comfortable suite, with fireplace and Jacuzzi. Shower is massive with 2 five spray fixtures. Staff was very professional, friendly and informative regarding our questions about the property. Peaceful setting, and a nearly 1 acre stocked pond. We'll have to come back in fall and go fishing.
