Absolutely disgraceful 'hotel'. Worked overseas for 17+ years. This place was the worst I've been in. Do not be fooled by the pictures of the rooms because that is not what you're going to see when the door is opened.

Oh My!
Lucky inn The entrance is a little difficult to find, I got the Taxi driver to show it to me, as the entrance is overrun with touts trying to get you to buy watches, visit tailors or choose their own accommodation asking for help could be difficult. Only the even floor lift was working so as I needed to go to the 15th Floor I had to travel up to the 16th, find the stairs down and walk down, in sweltering heat. There are many obvious signs of the need for security! Very hot inside the building and no obvious way of getting out of the heat. It took a long time for someone to answer the door to "Lucky Inn" The guy on the desk was busy mopping the floor and I had to wait to check in, he was very friendly though! The room was through in a different block and had a different name (Happy Cheung). Later on there were long queues for the lifts as the hotels filled up. In all the building was very hot smelly and noisy. I would suggest that for the road-weary, Hostel savvy backpacker then this is an excellent find as it is in the very best location for Kowloon. "Normal" Hotel users should look elsewhere.

Listen, people. This place is horrible. In fact, the whole building, which consist of a few hotels, in Nathan Rd is a joke. There are different ethnic business in the lobby. One of the two elevators was out of order and it took a month to fix. A whole month. It takes me 20-30 min to get up to my room every time. Room service is not that good either. The public refrigerator is not safe either. Don't go there. It kind of ruined my vacation.

It's on the 15th floor
The address is 12th floor but the sign on the door says go to the 15th. This means going back to the ground and taking the odd numbers lift to 15. Onc there I got a room on the 15th floor. I've been to Tsim Sha Tsui many times and the room was much better than I am used to. Wifi too weak to be useable. A/C good, shower good and room size good.

Discomforting surroundings around on the ground floor, not to recommend for the lone female traveler. Otherwise, room was clean, the wifi worked and great location, but the pluses stops there. "You get what you pay for"
