A nice hotel, central location in Kiel. Walking distance to the port, and the ferry to Oslo or Gothenburg. Friendly staff. Simple, but nice breakfast.

Hotel staff was very professional although while checking in, they made us wait uncomfortably for some minutes while they discussed something in German which we didn't understand, before acknowledging we were there standing and in need of service. Other than that, our stay was a pleasant one. The hotel location is excellent because it is right across the central train station and the mall. Also, the hotel provided a free coffe and bus pass if guest want to see the city throughout the duration of your stay.

Ok hotel, average I would say. The area is a little rough with lots of addicts and shady people lurking around. Expensive to park. No coffee at the rooms and no filter coffee in breakfast, which is weird since the hotel is operated by some kind of Barista company. You would think that they’d at least served proper filtered coffee and not only vending machine ”espresso”. But overall - not bad / not good.. wouldn’t stay here again. Staff is friendly and helpful though!

Super Hotel, es war schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht bleiben konnten. Wir wurden herzlich Empfangen und uns wurden alle Annehmlichkeiten, die gemütlichen Sitzecken, der Aufenthaltsraum mit kostenlosem Kaffee und mehr gezeigt. Auch das Zimmer war mehr als nur gemütlich, gute Betten, genügend Stauraum und ein schönes sauberes Bad. Am Morgen konnten wir ein gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück mit vielen frischen Produkten genießen. Ein Hotel direkt am Bahnhof das auch für längere Aufenthalte in Kiel geeignet ist. Das ganze digitale Anmeldeprozedere hat mich als ältere Person abgeschreckt, aber es hat schlussendlich geklappt.

Der var for mange gæster til hotellet Jeg blev jaget væk af nogen tyske gæster som ville ha mit bord, og da jeg nægtede blev de truende Da jeg kontakter personalet bliver der bare trukket på skulderen, og så skete der ikke mere, og jeg måtte gå fra morgenmaden, sulten. Der havde været meget larm de 2 foregående nætter, larmende unge, samt en gøende hund på et naboværelse. Så efter episoden ved morgenmaden valgte jeg at forlade hotellet 3 dage før tid. Har været på hotellet før uden problemer; men dette ophold var virkelig skrækkeligt, og kan absolut ikke anbefales
