Overall, an OK place to stay in. Location is really good, but don't expect anything fantastic in terms of amenities or facilities. Stayed in a double room with en suite toilet. Rooms were a bit small (no space to put suitcase) and so was the toilet. Cleanliness were alright and rooms were cleaned every day, which was good. However, the toilet did not have a proper drainage system so it flooded often. To make matters worse, we were not provided with a floor towel. If you're looking for a basic but affordable (relative to the rest of London) place to stay, this is a good bet. If you want luxury, then it probably isn't. +Fantastic location +Good service +Daily room cleaning and replacement of toiletries +Comfortable bed +Cupboard space -Small room -Toilet floor wet very easily -Flush a bit hard to use -Stuffy corridor -No fan/air con -Noise from courtyard until 11pm

Perfect location with basic facilities
Certainly not the Ritz, however if you're looking for basics, bed, shower, close to the Royal Albert Park, Kensington Palace etc, you can't beat this location. Parking is a 10 minute walk and is in Imperial college and paid for separately, however the staff were extremely helpful calling me back when a space became available after intially being fully booked. You also get access to the Student bar within the campus which is extremely cheap for central London! The room had been cleaned well and in fact better than some mainstream hotels I've stayed in. Obviously student accommodation rented out when they go home for the summer, but literally next door to the Royal Albert Hall, was perfect for my Proms visit.

This is exactly what it says on the tin...university student accommodation. Its basic but you get what you pay for and the location , right next to thd Royal Albert Hall is fabulous. My room was clean ( but clearly 'lived in') with a single bed. The bathroom was basic with a small shower with a small.fixed head. On the plus side, the breakfast was fab , although it was in a different building a short walk away. Staff are happy for you to leave your bags but this is just in a common roon where pretty much anyone could walk away with it. Would i stay again? If i was trying to save money i would because it was a clean, safe bed for the night.

Cheap basic accommodation
A very basic set up , No luxuries in the room and by this I am only referring to TV and a wall socket . I had to plug the kettle in to the extension socket on the floor . It is basically student accommodation that is not fully used hence let out to the public . Car parking was an extra £30 and about 600yds away from the room Although a lot cheaper than other hotels it was not the best stay I have ever had. If going to a concert in the Albert Hall or the Royal College of Music the location is very handy and a tube station 5 mins walk away

Beit Hall is not listed on the street map found along Prince Consort Road (very strange) and the sign displayed at the door is not prominent. They should make a bigger prominent sign so that visitors can see from the junction. We walked up and down the street to find the building. Very troublesome when we arrived by train and walked from the station in the rainy windy weather. Otherwise, soon you located it you find the hall a very convenient place to go around London. We were on the top floor. On the second night, the rooftop kept giving disturbing structural noises. With the howling wind and flapping noises, it was very difficult to sleep indeed.
