Great stay
Great little hotel. Small rooms, but everything you really need in them. Staff are very helpful.

Excellent place to stay in Tokyo
Great location (< 5 minutes from the nearest subway station), 15 minutes on foot from Tokyo station. Compact but comfortable en suite room. Tea maker and fridge were a great advantage. Otherwise no other cooking facilities available. Hard but most comfortable bed and pillow I've ever tried. Free tea and bottled water provided every day. Very fast wi-fi. I haven't try the air co but it looked rather old and not too clean. The only thing that bothered me was the look of depressingly sad and neglected aquarium in the lobby.

Not even a real hotel. ... far too wifi
By far the worst hotel I have stayed in I. TOKYO . WiFi never working, no windiws, far too expensive and absolutely over rated by people who apparently never travel. So dated and worn out the whole place.Terrible hotel. Room size like 3x3 m, 100 sqft. Disgracefull place. Not even a water kettle just a pot and a stove. TV without any international program, size of screen 14 Inches. So many 4 letter words to describe this place, none is acceptable online .....

Huge Disappointment
We were super disappointed in the quality of this "business" hotel. It was very uncomfortable, the coin laundry didn't work properly, and probably the worst part was that the Wi-Fi did not work at all. For a business hotel, you'd think that the Internet connection would be a priority.
