The location of this hotel is perfect if you want to do exploring of old town! It is right off a busy street but the noise did not bother us at all. The room was clean and comfortable, would recommend!

Good location next to old town, room with a nice terrace. There is a weird smell in the hallway and the room like some have mentioned, but not prominent and strangely no smell in the bathroom. Room is on the small end with one side of bed pushed to the wall. Communication via WhatsApp is always easy and quick but not always satisfactory. Only 2 coffee pods for 3 nights and no stocked (first round on the house) mini-fridge like advised. Specifically asked for more non-decaf pods and was given 5 decaf pods the next day and was told by the cleaning lady only decaf left now and no more welcome package in the mini-fridge anymore. The message reply I got from WhatsApp was: “These are complimentary and we can’t control what’s in the welcome package” lol

Clean and spacious apartment with working A/C and a great location. Communication via WhatsApp was quick and easy. Self check-in was tedious, requiring passport/ID and contact details for every guest. They also tried to charge a city tax that was about 5x higher than the actual rate.
