would stay here but not have breakfats
Good size rooms, rooms were very clean, daily cleaning with very friendly cleaning staff. An older gentleman at the check in was not kind, very grumpy, did allow us to check in early though. A younger gentle man at our check out he was super kind, very helpfull, really nice and lovely person. They did allow us to also check out 1 hour later and stored our luggage. Hotel nicely located as well. We paid for breakfast, that was horrible, left over from previous day, soggy and watery omlettes, rock hard cakes, dishes smelled like egg, breakfast was suuuper limited and really really bad with old food

Never in my entire life have I been treated so poorly by a receptionist. She hung up on me multiple times complaining in Russian to her colleague while I was still on the phone. Not doing her job properly. Threatening me. This was absolutely awful.

Fantastic modern and convenient hotel in Prague
This was my third stay in the hotel. As before, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and bright, with plenty of space for full bath. Will definitely return again on my next trip to Prague.

Excellent stay and value for money!
I was warmly greeted by friendly personnel (Mr. David and Mrs. Vlasta) and very pleasantly surprised by the clean, efficient, comfortable and modern interior of the room. The hotel is very convenient to the center of Prague (Wenceslas Square 10 minute walk) and the extensive network of trams and metro. I will stay here again the next time in Prague - thank you!
