8/10 Very good

Couple of nights away
Nice hotel, handy for centre, and free parking. Had room 110, no sleep until entertainment finished, seen better. Food good as always. Not many non alcoholic drinks on all inclusive.

8/10 Very good

Enjoyed our stay mostly
We overall had a lovely time, food was excellent, service and entertainment was very good too, better than we expected Lunch was disappointing for me, only fish and chips, no alternative, I'm eating a more healthy diet on slimming world but there must be other people who can't eat it if vege or vegan etc. I wasn't looking for a big choice but a salad would have been good. So after going back for lunch I had then to go elsewhere. Rooms and corridors very tired but after no revenue in covd that is understandable We had a bay view and was lovely, not huge room but that wasn't an issue. Plenty of hot water although a 2 night stay and no maid service on a Saturday means no maid service at all. All things considered we would return though

4/10 Fair

Reserved seating
We went to the claremont about eight years ago, what a difference in that time unless you had had your evening meal before a quarter to seven you struggled to get a seat in the ballroom. Because the derby and joan clubs had reserved all the seating before they went for their evening was like being in a working men's club even though there were signs stating that seats could not be reserved very disappointing compared to our last visit we will not be going to the claremont again its like a care home with all inclusive.
