The front desk staff are exceptionally friendly and are very accommodating to the best of their abilities! I even forgot my adaptor for using US electronics at home and they lent me one held by the hotel for this very reason.

The hotel is right next the mall which is nice but the hotel itself is pretty dated. There is really no lobby to speak of. The rooms are sparse and the décor is older but they are clean. The breakfast offered is not impressive.
