Poor 2.0
Not happy
Its nothing like the photos online. Its very dated with alot of clutter. There are cats in the hotel free to roam.( I have a cat allergie). The hotel is dusty and my room had mould. The room we booked was a double on opening the door there was the bed and no room for anything else. A small set of drawers and a tv (computer size). The bathroom was dirty and had tape stuck all over the shower unit. Mould all over the shower head (no shower for us) if the area had not of been booked up we would of gone somewhere else. Very disappointed in my stay and checked out first thing the following day after having to trying to sleep (clothed due to cats). Very unhappy with the stay and dont know how this is an 8.2 out of 10 hotel. Would advise not to stay there and for hotels.com to go check hotel for themselves.

Nicecstay
Nice standard of b and b for Blackpool, rooms very clean , bathroom needs a bit of Tlc,rest of the hotel ok,the one great thing in my view was the breakfast - very good quality of ingredients and host was very accommodating in my erratic times on dining !!

Poor 2.0
Don't do it!!!
Hospitality wise was ok, the hotel itself was dated, smelly, cluttered, not clean (although bedding was clean and smelt fresh as you would expect). It smelt fusty when we arrived and of chip fat when we returned on the night even to the top floor of the hotel!.The hotel probably scores well as it's Blackpool and is there for the younger generation but not for couples looking for a nice place to stay. Consider very carefully before booking you have been warned!!!!!
