The Noise Was un-sleepable.
We were staying here on business. Our room was comfortable and we were greeted upon arrival. Staff were nice however the noise from other rooms and load noises in the service room next door. Very noisy. I had a very important interview and had zero sleep due to the noise.

Would recommend.
Lovely staff and very clean room, the towels are a bit on the small side and thin. Breakfast was ok, staff attentive.

Happy days !
In Aberdeen for WI Conference with friends. Used Ibis as it was recommended by my daughter as she stays when in Aberdeen on business. We were all thoroughly happy with everything including the excellent breakfast.

Basic hotel
This is a fine place to stay if it is only for 1-2 nights but certainly isn't a luxurious hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were a bit small and the bathrooms were even smaller. The don't even offer washcloths or hand towels for the bathrooms. If you need a very basic place to stay, this seems like a fine option.

Great hotel in an ideal location
Flew in from Bristol to view two cars in Aberdeen. Ended up buying one of the cars so it was a worthwhile trip. Very happy with my choice of hotel in the Ibis. Modern, good facilities and the rooms were reasonably quiet. Why do people always talk at the top of their voices late at night in corridors?!? Good buffet breakfast, all you wanted. The hotel is on harbour-side 5 mins walk from bus station (727 from airport, £3.50 c/w £20/£25 for a taxi) Train station is only a couple of minutes further away. Two minutes walk in to town. Nice steakhouse there but very popular so need to book. They recommended a great Italian (Pordolinos from memory) which suited me even better Very helpful staff at Ibis. I arrived at 10pm on a Friday night so they only had a first floor side view room. When I asked on the Saturday morning if they could move me to a higher floor they said leave it with us. On my return they gave me a fourth floor room overlooking the harbour. I’m coming back in a month’s time to pick up the car. Guess where I’ll be staying...?!?
