Location is good, easy to access, a convenience stall is just opposite to the hotel. It's a matter of luck to look for a slot in its multi-storey carpark. The room is comfortable and reasonably big enough, The elevators are snail-liked slow. It's better to look for restaurants somewhere else than to have buffet dinner in their restaurant. Would be much more customer-need-oriented if the hot spring service could be provide until 1:00am. It's too early to close at 12:00midnight. Frontdesk staffs are nice.

The Kamenoi Hotel in Beppu is convenient, and inexpensive, but it has a few big problems. One of the elevators did not work, and this caused constant congestion and long waits for the remaining two elevators. In fact, along with a lot of the guests, I began using a service elevator, which worked much better. (Too bad for the guests who did not know about it.) And I must say, this hotel is quite filthy and odiferous. Though the staff were nice, and the breakfast buffet fairly good, this is not a hotel I can recommend at this time.

Hotel is quite old. I stay in big rooms with 6 beds. Air condition in the room is worse, very warm. Air ventilation is not good. When I complained of too warm temperature, staff showed me another room and said that my room was warm because people stay in the room. It’s unacceptable reason. Finally reception staff changed the room, it’s better than the first room but it’s still not good air flow. We have to use 2 fans to circulate.

朝食や担々麺の夕食は、とても良かった。お風呂のロッカーは、お年寄りや海外の方が何人も開かないと言って 電話をしていたのを見たので説明など きちんと書いた方が良いと思う。 チェックアウトの時間までは、客室をノックなしにあけるのは、どうかなと おもいました。 トータルでは、普通に快適でした。

一泊二食很讚，離車站也不遠，飯店對面就有便利商店！唯一缺點是在女生泡湯的地方，沖洗區和泡湯區距離太近，沖洗的沐浴乳或洗髮精殘留沖不乾淨，導致地板滑，看到2個小朋友跌得四腳朝天，頭也撞到，很痛，哭得很慘！希望能想辦法改善，減少滑倒的機率，這是安全性的問題！

コスパ良く、売店や駄菓子コーナーが遅くまでやっているし充実している。 温泉はシンプルで少し楽しさに欠けた。店員さんがみんな良い人だった！

가족방이어 넓어서 좋긴했지만 침대가 다리 없는 침대라 좀낮아서 불편했습니다
