Can't wait to go back
The check in process was long. After a day of travel, we didn't enjoy standing in line for almost an hour. But, once we got checked in, our only complaint was the air conditioner in our room never really cooled our room, making sleeping uncomfortable. The shower didn't have good water pressure. The food and service were amazing! We went to bed every night full and satisfied. The staff was always friendly and helpful. the pool staff kept us moving and interacting.

Great stay but…
We had great time. We had fun. Great service, cleanliness, eco-friendly, friendly staff. Food was good but not great. We had dietary restrictions and they were not always able to accommodate that. Finally on 3rd day, I found a great chef, Mariana, and she made us food based on our dietary restrictions. It was tough for staff to understand and follow vegetarian dietary restrictions. Another small comment, bathrooms does not have lock and shower has only half glass door so all water comes out of shower. It was high fall risk. This was not expected being a five star hotel. When you stay with family and bathrooms does not have lock, that’s makes it difficult.

It is our second time to visit this property and we enjoyed it very much both times. The staff was great and eager to assist in any of our needs. 2 Staff members that went over the top for us was Jay (Concierge) and Fernanda (Activity coordinator). Both of them were really great! The only thing that could have been a little better was the lunch variety options they had. Possibly having more restaurants open for lunch would be great. Thanks Rick Isenmann

This Hotel was horrible, they treat you with no respect. They get bothered when you ask for something even while being extremely polite. Food was horrible, I’ve never been a prisoner so I couldn’t compare to see who eats better quality food. They laugh at you when you correct their mistake. Horrible service will never recommend and it will be non existent to me when I think about a Cancun trip. Building needs lots of maintenance, I could go on but I don’t want to remember such horrible experience.

Great property I’ve been there several times now and they used to have a sports bar and a cigar bar, but they did away with them and closed them permanently I think is a terrible decision and now they also charge for the shows so that’s wrong.
