Way overpriced. Bathroom gross. Room service food really really really bad; that is not a trained chef. Staff friendly not trained at all. Not your Four Seasons of the 80s/90s. Bathroom amenities nice. Robe/slippers poor quality.

I had booked a room for myself, wife and 16yr ild daughter. I had asked for a room with a king bed and convertible couch. When we were preparing for bed we were short sheets, blankets and pillows for the couch. I was expecting a little bit more preparedness. The staff were excellent in welcoming us to the hotel. The facilities were nice and the room was comfortable. Food at the hotel restaurant was great. Overall it was good experience.

      Racist

I’ve stayed at this Four Seasons before (during and before Covid) and never had an experience like this before. From the moment I walked through the front door, the gentleman whom was at the security checkpoint desk started to give myself and travel companions dirty looks, he then followed up to the front desk and remained behind us giving the receptionist nods and hand gestures as to keep us there longer then needed or so we assumed. This wouldn’t have seemed strange had I maybe never stayed there before but since I have, and this type of treatment was never received, I can only assume that it was because we (my companions and I) were dressed in jeans and sweatpants from traveling all day and for the fact that my companions were black and I am white. Then after the nods and gestures from the man, (which we all noticed) the front desk receptionist was also less the welcoming and borderline rude. She was also condescending when given my credit card and made the assumption that it wasn’t a working card because the numbers weren’t displayed on it. I explained to her that the Apple Credit cards from Goldman Sachs don’t put card numbers on the cards to prevent fraud, she then looked at me as if I was lying and said that they didn’t accept those type of cards. “Those types?” I then gave her another card and she gave me another dirty look and asked me if I had any cards that weren’t metal. The hotel is beautiful but the service we received was trash and I believe racist.

Grand hotel with slightly above average aspects.

While the Four Seasons always strives for a level of excellence, for our first time there and in one of their expensive accommodations things were askew. The customer service was a grade level “B” and that’s because of the hotel room credit we were given, after demanding it, for having to wait for our room to be ready 2 hours after check-in at 3pm. Accommodations were a grade level of “B+” and that is because of the water pressure and temperature. There was either barely any water pressure or when there was it was almost scalding hot. Bedding, view, internet all were more than adequate. All in all, for a top floor premier room I say it’s worth is $500-650 (tax included) on a premium weekend (our reso was Valentine’s Day) and not the $825+ just for one night we were charged.
