A great hotel with great service. However a couple of points. A large glass of wine at £18 is somewhat excessive, but my biggest issue is there are no plugs by the bed, which is rather inconvenient if you want charge a laptop/iPad/phone etc whilst working or watching a film. Amazing for a modern hotel.

Not great sleep. Bed very soft and room overlooked by diners below and other rooms, had to keep curtains pulled. Also Room 201 was above the lift which was still being used into the early hours. Not good sleep. We were there with other family for a funeral wake of a family member and stayed over.
