Exceptional 10.0
Lovely hotel with great high feelings and in close proximity to shops and restaurants. It was extremely comfortable and the service was fantastic.

Faded beauty
Have stayed here a few times over last 5 -6 years, so not bad. Very good location, lovely building. Very nice reception from Carolina at the front desk - she allowed me to change to an upgraded room (Gladstone) which was kind as I was under some work pressure, and I had arrived early. So 100% marks for flexibility and customer service. But this room needs some attention (kettle broken, no cups, cold, towel heater not on etc...) am not complaining, just think standards are slipping. This room/suite is large with big windows on the ground floor, facing a busy road, so quite a lot of traffic noise, and a feeling of no privacy. Absolutely silly tin bath in the middle of a small bathroom - ditch the bath, and open up the room more. again, bathroom had no privacy from road without lowering all the blinds. Bar are a It just feels that Quebecs are underinvesting in their property. Would like to see them pay more attention.

Very good 8.0
Great room but dated trouser press iron.. really
Great hotel in a great location, 2 minute walk from the train station. Excellent room but let down by being frustrated trying to iron a shirt on very dated, small trouser press board. Put a decent steam iron and ironing board in the room and you get 10 out of 10 for any future stats.

Comfortable and characterful - lovely robes/toiletries and certainly not a corporate box!! Will definitely be returning!

Very nice hotel, mattresses could be refreshed
Very pretty hotel with a traditionally luxe feel and fairly spacious rooms. Breakfast was lovely, with a good amount of variety to choose from. The mattress did have a bit fo an indent where people had slept before, which meant I did not have an amazing sleep.
