    Worst breakfast buffet ever

    Stayed in hotels at similar price points before. This is the worst ever buffet breakfast. For 3 of 4 mornings, I simply went out to the adjacent mall for breakfast Hotels towels were scary. Black and stained! Avoid if possible

    OK for a short stay

    Actual room condition looks different than in the pictures. There was no stove in the kitchen. Water hose sticking out from the bathroom ceilings down to toilet (idk for what purpose). And more weirdly surprising, the LAN cable was sticking out from the ceiling in the living room (why??). Anyway, beds and sofa were comfy, plus you can smoke in the room. Guess it's an OK hotel for a short stay.

    Need more improvement in room keeping

    House keeping crews need lots improvements in responding to guests' requests. I stayed there for 4 night in late June 2012; needed to call 3-4 time to get the basic service delivered.

    It was OK, but...

    This a serviced apartment facility. The staff we polite and courteous. Furniture and flat screen TV were new and nice. Mattress was comfortable. However, no hangers in the closet, towels were like sandpaper and poor quality. Kitchen had few plate, flatware, glass ware, etc. Quality of finish work was rough. Bathrooms were small and cramped.

    Good hotel to stay

    Good hotel to stay if you have meeting close to senayan, pondok indah, kebayoran areas. Not far from Sudirman/Kuningan but traffic during pick time is bad. Staff is good. . Overall ok except internet not function for all my 4 days stay even after we made complaint.

    3D2N Stay at the Bellezza...

    Booked 3 rooms, had requested to be on the same floor, but was given 2 rooms on one floor and another room 3 floors away... Buffet breakfast was poor, was not at a restaurant, by a minimal spread at the lounge... My room did not have a safety locker, and a wardrobe was run down... the staff were pleasant, though was of much help...
