Thumbs up for the Albion
Friendly, welcoming staff. The room was spotless and modern. The hotel is in an excellent location and the off-road parking was a real bonus. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Nice but a little lacking
Lovely Hotel right in the centre of the town. Very clean and bright but run very minimal staff. The girl on reception was very friendly and professional but seemed to be running the whole show. No staff on at night which caused one elderly gent to be locked out after the poor man had slept walked. He was in his underpants sitting in the locked foyer unable to get back in. It was cold and he was very confused. No staff at all to help. In the end someone rang the emergency number and staff arrived from outside of the hotel. Also we asked for our free drinks, and the lady poured out a rum and a gin. It was only after she poured them that she informed us that only wine and beer was included in the offer.
