The positive is the staff was very friendly. The parking was secured. The downside was the room was dated, no hot water, no internet, no cable( with no connection for cable) so the promise of a remote was fraud.

I didn't like that there was no hot water. Hated that Wi-FI nor phone worked in our room for so much money. I loved the staff in the Restaurant. Deon was great and so were the ladies that were there. Hated for 2 days straight egg and bread is what was served for breakfast.

We had to ask for towels daily. We were given no toilet paper on the last day even after we notified the front desk that there was none in the room There is loud music from the bar into the early morning. The hotel tried to charge me for an extra night. They later admitted that they were in error.

The room was a a disappointment. I expected breakfast to be like some fry plantain, fried dumplings and ackee and saltfish. Not much choices. The cups for tea/coffee are very small.
