Exceptional
The hotel had to downgrade the room due to a maintenance problem but they gave us a whole days notice and £100 voucher to use in the restaurant as compensation

Views and location perfect but slightly let down
Room was okay in terms of comfort and decoration/ modern however the bathroom was poorly cleaned, lots of hair in the shower and on the walls. Questionable stains on the bedsheets and cushions. The parking was a joke, was no explained properly and our car was not easily accessible. Reception lost our parking fob, so had to ring around other members of staff to find it. Means we were waiting ages to even get access to our car. We paid for late checkout and at normal checkout time our keycards stopped working so had to go chase reception to which it was not even added to the system? Just standard things we’d expected from such a nice hotel. The views and location were perfect, a real selling point but the staff and cleanliness let it down.

its a hot spot for people who watch love island.
The guy in the room next to us started a fight with his girlfriend at 5am that ended with her screaming in the hallway outside our door “let me go please you are hurting me”. Not once did staff come up to stop it.
