Awesome View- Shame about the Noise.
Awesome views, shame about the noise. Nice Hotel but my room (24th Floor) was under the restaurant. There was a function there until 11pm and then furniture being moved until 1am. Terrible nights' sleep.

Stay was good in general, rooms were nice and clean, good location, the views across the city at night were amazing and the breakfast was excellent. One thing that let the whole experience down was the staff on arrival, they were requesting payment on arrival even though we had pre-paid through Hotels.com, they said had they had no proof of this on their system and wouldn't give us our key until we showed them proof of payment, we showed them the booking confirmation on the Holels.com app with payment proof but they wouldn't accept this and asked to see our bank statement as proof......at this point we refused and contacted Hotels.com to sort. We were very frustrated and embarrassed with the whole situation and had a queue of people behind us waiting to be checked in. Once the receptionist made a call to her manager and realised her mistake she released us the keys without an apology and blaming "their system", the whole scenario took about 30mins to sort.....if we weren't in such a rush to get out due to a restaurant booking we would have been more annoyed and took the issue further.
