The location was great, within easy walking distance to the beach and the night market, which made exploring very convenient. However, the bathroom had a noticeable mold smell from moisture, the lighting in the room was very poor, and the door lock was inconsistent, often taking several attempts before it would unlock and open. For the price, it didn’t really feel worth the stay, and the maintenance issues took away from the experience.

However, rooms are dated, very thin walls (we also had an adjoining door in our room and could hear our neighbours who were up until 1 am every night) The bathroom is very damp/humid - we had to get fresh towels everyday as they would never dry otherwise. Wardrobe smelled musty.

Biggest asset of this hotel are the staff, they were fantastic, so happy and helpful. Hotel and rooms was very clean and well presented, bed was comfortable and air con not too noisy. Hotel is in a nice area with plenty of restaurants around and a short walk to the Main Street and pool. Happy hour cocktails were the best I had in any venue around Ao Nang
