The staff are the most kindest and polite people. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The hotel is beautiful but it really is the staff who make the place amazing. Nice hotel in general but extremely noisy - struggled to sleep because of the loud music until 1AM most nights. Despite changing rooms to a higher floor the noise remained a problem. Breakfast was average at best. Rooms are of a decent size which was a plus. Private beach was nice. Several dining options within the hotel to chose from but we mostly dined out. I have stayed at much better resorts at a similar price point. Will likely stay elsewhere in Doha if I visit again.

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment I arrived very early in the morning and they managed to check me in a little while later, to the moment I departed, I was treated like royalty. Nothing was too hard. The staff are absolutely delightful, offering coffee, water or a friendly chat. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Pool was incredible with the attentive staff providing towels and iced water, along with little treats throughout the day. I tried the Astor Grill and Novikov and both were excellent. Can’t wait to go back!
