We had the best time at Hotel Mayet!!! The receptionist were all so very nice, it’s so clean and cute! The area was perfect walking distance to the metro and such a short walk away from Montparnasse. We highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely book there again!!!

I have to start that the staff was very nice at the hotel . However , the hotel conditions are definitely not to the standard of 3 stars. We asked for a non -smoking room . However, each night and morning we couldn’t sleep due the scent of cigarettes not sure if it was the nearby room or if the windows aren’t sealed properly. The rooms weren’t very clean also , our room door was locked and the maid service instead of knocking just walked right into our room while I was changing. Definitely not coming back not worth the money paid.

TERRIBLE HOTEL
First and foremost this stay was a 1st for two of my friends. They have never been overseas and I feel sorry for them having to experience this hotel. 1) the room was tiny which I understand due to it being Paris. 2) the elevator does not seem up to code. 3) we got stuck in the elevator for more than 30 mins with no help and the emergency services not called. They don’t have a master key to the elevator on site! 4) when asked for a refund they denied. I finally was able to get partial but this has to be the worst hotel ever.

Dirty and not at all like the photos.
We stayed in a family suite and it was really dirty and not at all comfortable. The tiling in the bath was so bad I took a shower with flip flops. The kitchen utensils were all mismatched and dirty and the glasses still had lipstick stains. They even gave us a used sponge for our dishes. It felt like a flop house and not at all like the photos. It was also misleading because we thought we’d be in a hotel but it was an apartment about 3 doors down from the hotel. The Wi-Fi went in and out which was difficult since we had to work on this trip. I don’t recommend this for a digital nomad. The front desk person was very nice. That’s about all the good I can give this place. It felt sloppy and I wouldn’t stay there again.
