Hotel room was clean and comfortable. No lift to room on third floor, but manageable with smaller luggage. An offer to take luggage up would have been be kind. Booked hotel for the included breakfast, as I had an early flight, only to be told breakfast didn’t start until 7:00. I asked what could be done if I needed breakfast earlier and was told there would be cold items out. I went down at 6:15 and only found toast and spreads. Toasters didn’t seem to work, and no one was around to assist. This part of the stay was disappointing, as I then had to purchase breakfast at the airport.

Good 6.0
Good Service and accomodation bit breakfast o
Had a lovely room with air conditioning and lovely comfortable bed and well equipped room. Breakfast was disappointing as although good selection of continental breakfast food and juices our order was forgotten and the quality of the cooked breakfast in particularly the way in which the eggs were overcooked was not as should expect

Lovely stay
Very convenient to Kew gardens and surrounding areas. Lots of nice looking restaurants and pubs near by. Bed was extremely comfortable. The shower could be better, just went outwards instead of down. Wifi box makes the room very bright, but it was quiet and we slept well.

Wonderful friendly hotel.
Friendly staff, lovely room with great facilities. Large comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. The hotel is in a great location, right next to Kew Gardens and other bars and restaurants. The breakfast was very nice, plenty of options. The bar is very nice too and serves lovely fresh food.

Sort it out Coach and Horses !
Stayed at the Coach and horses several times. Last 2 times have not been great however. Change in management perhaps ? Check in - they couldn’t find the receptionist and then after I’d waited 10 mins chose that time to do some check in training with new person. No apology for wait or anything . Room was number 7. AC was central air - didn’t change when using the wall unit to turn up or down. So had to have it on all night / window open as too hot. There was no power to lights by the bed and only the bottom sockets worked. Feels like they king sized bed was squeezed in as the light switches were inaccessible behind headboard on 1 side. Bathroom fan was permanently on , irrelevant of light being on or off - making noise all night. Breakfast was served in my room and good as always. However no salt or pepper , ketchup etc were brought with the tray and too much hassle to ring down to ask to be brought up. I would have loved to have shared my visit issues. But checkout was impersonal. Not even asked if I had enjoyed my stay or had a good nights sleep !!! Sort it out Coach and Horses - used to be spot on every single time I stayed over last 18 months.
