Overnight in Vienna
The main thing I took away from my stay here was the checkout time was 12 noon but I had the maid at the door 08:15 and then again at 10:15. I'm aware she is only doing her job and the room wasn't likely going back out again that day but for a €90 a night hotel it was a little annoying.

It was part of a 12 night tour of Europe, this was a great hotel for our trip that was ending shortly after. Thank you

Good Family rooms offered here.
We had a Junior Suite Family Room. It had 2 TV and adequately suited 4 persons. It was very good value for money in the summer months. Enjoyed the experience. the hotel is close enough to the centre-with good bus and underground links.

Prepare for a slow reception process.
The reception was dreadful only the two male receptionists were able to be efficient with the slow computer system resulting in large cues of people either checking in or out. All the female staff seemed to be in training and just stood by the male staff watching what they did, another was sitting cutting up paper at a desk while there were 13 people waiting at reception. Otherwise the hotel was good and only a 4 stop metro ride into central Vienna in room kettle was available and a fridge so you could pop down in the morning to get local bakery supplies to provide your own breakfast. The hotel breakfast was a bit expensive at 15 euro kit you are not a big eater then that's expensive for coffee and toast. I would go back.
