Overall the hotel is very good, but some room for improvement with the pool area needing attention, lots of sun bed hogging, very hard beds, but they will provide a topper if you ask. The best part is the staff, all super friendly and efficient, food ok too.

Needs refurbishment.

It's a lovely hotel, but needs a much needed refurbishment. The furniture is clunky,and too heavy for the room. The lifts are a nightmare and have been in poor state for years.

Everything has been absolutely great. Fantastic facilities and an even better service from every single member of the staff. From room service, to restaurants and swimming pool staff, reception, etc. Every person in the hotel ensued we had a fantastic time. Congratulations to all of them! Thank you so much! Stunning location right on the sand dunes. Easy drive from airport (30 minutes) and 10 minutes into Corralejo town. Hotel is beautiful if a little dated. Staff were amazing. Food was sensational, the best All-Inclusive food we have eaten. Only downside was there was no organised activities for the kids so there were lots of bored teenagers sitting on their phones. Would've been perfect if shared animation team with sister hotel Riu La Oliva. Highly recommend but take bigger clothes as you'll keep wanting to go back for more food breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hotel located on a beautiful large beach. Tough decorations are slightly dated, the room was clean and cleaned often, the staff very polite and accommodating. Food was plentiful and delicious. Nightly entertainment entertaining ;-). Especially thanks to Marta and Martin in the restaurant- always smiling, welcoming and helpful. Slywia welcomed us with clear instructions and was there to chec us out as well. Always smiling and helpful. We cannot say enough about the beautiful location. The beach that continues for kms and kms both north and south. Safe and clean. We look forward to returning soon.

Don't trust them - but location is good

Dear all, I would like to share my very bed experience at the check in Riu Palace Tres Islas. I sent an email prior to my arrival to ask a high floor room for 2 guests. At the check-in I realized I made a mistake and booked online only for 1 guest and forget to add my son. At the check-in 22/12/22 (9 days stay) We stayed a very long time at the reception hall waiting for the room.. and were very tied after night flight, my son was sick and we urgently needed the room to rest. Florencio (reception manager) requested to pay 1225€ for the additional person in the same room and of course I paid. I have already paid 1800€ online months before. I trusted, I will have a better price directly to the reception. I was shocked when I learnt in the evening that the extra cost was only 800€ on the Official online Riu site and all other booking sites. (I have several screen prints). I talked to the manager again, he explained me : this is the RIU hotels policy and this is not his problem. This hotel Riu policy to take advantage of guests (women alone with her son) arriving at hotel tired, make pressure and make them pay much more is really wrong and unacceptable. I don’t recommend this hotel, don’t think will ever try RIU hotels again …

Hotel ingaugurado en los 70 y allí se ha quedado. Las instalaciones son muy antiguas y al día de hoy no sería ni un dos estrellas. Buffet para desayuno y cena muy mediocre, poca calidad y diversidad. Caja fuerte de pago. Le hace falta una renovación de arriba abajo. Por el mismo precio o poco más hay opciones de resorts 5 estrellas en Corralejo. Esto si, el persoyde lo más amables, lo único que se merece un 10. Todo lo demás por debajo de 4

Duur voor wat het is

Vorig jaar verbleven we in de goedkopere Olivia naast de deur...ik was dan ook teleurgesteld dat het eten van dezelfde (slechte) kwaliteit was....had wat anders verwacht voor een palace...de sfeer de kamers wel in.orde, thee en koffiezet in de kamer wat handig is, een zalig bad, veel.zenders op de tv, vriendelijk personeel, elke dag vonden we bijna geen ligstoelen aan het zwembad wegens het leggen vd handdoeken van mensen op de ligzetels terwijl ze er niet zijn...zou niet mogen ! Moet dringend iets aan gedaan worden door het personeel!

Godt strandhotel!

Hotellet er i god klassisk stil med en fantastisk placering direkte ved en vidunderlig strand. Standarden er generelt god omend buffetrestauranten er for crowded især til morgenbuffeten. Nogle mindre erfarne medarbejdere viser manglende respekt for maden og fylder halvtomme fades indhold oven på nye fade. Dette er med til at fremme et cafeteriapræg og sænker niveauet. Erfarne medarbejdere i restauranten og i receptionen gav god service.
