    Buen hotel pero caro para lo que ofrece

    Teníamos una suite con pequeña piscina privada y me parece abusivo que el checkin se haga a las 16:00 y el checkout tenga que hacerse a las 11:00. se pierden muchas horas, aunque puedas usar el resto de las instalaciones pero sin poder tener tu habitacion, y más con el precio que tiene. Y la comida es variada pero bastante mejorable de sabor.

    Great hotel and view!

    Great stay in Riu Gran Canarias, one week of relax and good food. It is a big All inclusive which means sometimes family groups and children, but we were gladly surprised that the infinity pool and bar are adults only. There you can see the best view of the sea and pool. The walk by the beach is superb and you have everything around: supermarkets, shopping and pharmacies. I wouldn't stay in high season with a lot of people but in low season or now in corona times. It was excellent!

    El hotel está muy buen al igual que la atención del personal pero lo verdaderamente decepcionante son las escasas medidas de seguridad ante el covid,concretamente en el comedor, grave error el self service. Sin limitacion de aforo en piscinas. No lo aconsejo en estos momentos. Decepcionante.
