Beautiful, clean, convenient brand new hotel/casino property. Modern, sleek, clean rooms. Fitness center was nice, heard spa was amazing, but didn't use it. Casino was nice, fun, affordable table limits during the week.

8/10 Very good

Overall, hotel was what I was hoping for and a little more. Especially considering that it is new. Since there is an amenity fee charged per night, I would expect to see more amenities. But great stay for the price. It was clean, peaceful, and enjoyable.

8/10 Very good

The hotel was good. The property is very well kept. Employees were all very polite. I was charged an additional $16.75 a night when I checked in for "hotel amenities" Not sure what that covers since there is no complimentary breakfast, there is a spa at an additional cost, no pool and valet was also an additional cost. No idea what amenities that included. Housekeeping is also only done if requested.

Place was brand new so room had that new room smell. Was immaculate and bed was fantastic. Food court inside the casino had numerous eating selections, so both I and my daughter could choose different eating options. Only complaint was the pillows were a touch on the super soft side. Wish they were a little firmer. A++ on the rest though.

New hotel and was very clean. For such a big hotel , only 3 receptionists desks and slowed down the checkin and checkout.

A must stay. The rooms are great. Property is good. Parking is the only issue. There is parking, but if you get stuck on the deck it will take a walk to get to your room.

Every thing was clean, hallways, elevators, toilets, rooms, etc. Had a minor plumbing issue with toilet flushing in room. All staff I interacted with were very friendly.

8/10 Very good

Hotel was very clean. One negative thing would be their checking we arrived at 230 walked around to check it out and it said check in was at 3 but when I went to check in they told me 4pm otherwise they would have to charge me a fee. Which is ridiculous. Then went to use our dining credit and they couldn’t find it.

8/10 Very good

Beautiful “new smelling scented” hotel. Casino was packed, seemed fewer slots available- maybe because of the amount of players that day. Complimentary drinks was not as accessible- someone goes around with a drink cart rather than a permanent soda/coffee station. Long line for the asian restaurant- chinese food was okay. did not try other restaurants. Enjoyed the food court though closes earlier than expected. No pool- but spa available. Could not control Temperature panel in room- was not easily adjustable. The price per room, per night suited the accommodations needed- was worth its value paid.

6/10 Good

Everything was great except the check in process. 4pm is check in and the room wasn’t ready until 6pm. I asked for a credit or voucher for the inconvenience and the staff immediately told me nothing could be done. I asked to speak with a manager then all of a sudden I could receive a credit for 25.00 to be used on food. I purchased 2 cokes and a water with the credit and told it would be applied. Be careful with the check out process. They were going to charge me for the drinks. I had to inform her I had the credit.
