The receptionist/concierge was very helpful at check-in, providing a map of the city and several restaurant suggestions. They were equally fast, efficient, polite, and helpful during checkout. The room had adequate space, was very clean, very ergonomic, with a safe and ample drawer space, had a nice view, provided fast internet, was not too loud, possessed effective air conditioning, and had a phenomenal location proximal to everything I wanted to do and see in Salzburg. In addition, the bathroom had a sufficiently large vanity to space my items, which is something I appreciate vs. very narrow vanities. Breakfast was excellent, with several hot choices and many cold choices. I never left breakfast hungry or unsatisfied.
