Very good 8.0
Great location, friendly staff and exceptionally clean. No wow factor in public areas regarding design so if you like statement hotels this is not for you. Rooms are well designed and stylish. Similar to a Hilton. Great location and views from fifth floor rooms are impressive.

disappointed
Hotel was clean and tidy. They tried to over charge us when we checked out, was told their was no problem then they charged it to my credit card anyway. Very disappointed with this. Have phone but no one seems to be able to help me. Wouldn’t again due to this issue.

Challenges met with aplomb
I stayed at Temple Court for two nights this week and the hotel is coping terrifically well with the current challenges. As a very regular customer of Apex I was upgraded and I would like to congratulate the front desk team for their client centric service notwithstanding the challenges faced. The breakfast also worked very well considering. Obviously it is not quite how it usually operates but service was good particularly given the larger numbers attending the busier post 9am slots (my first morning I took breakfast at 7am and got wonderful priority). Generally hats off to Apex Temple Court which, in all times and circumstances, remains one of my favourite London hotels.
