"I go to Latina at least 1 or 2 times a year for business so, due to the location, last year I booked this Hotel because the other one I used to go, it was under renovation. I was extremely impressed with the facility and the staff, the hotel was practically new and surprisingly affordable, clean and comfortable with an excellent breakfast. So, I went back already other 2 times taking also my Boss from US who has been very impressed."

"Likes: . Very close to a fantastic beach as well as half hour walk to the old town. . A lot to see near the hotel. Dislikes: . Pool was closed as of September, but this is not communicated when booking. One of the reasons i went there was the pool they have and advertised. Not sure why pool was closed if A/C is still running. . Shower temperature fluctuations were extreme. Water would get very hot then very cold. . No draft beer or good tequila in the bar. Bar man did not seem to have much knowledge of drinks. I know it is a wine country, but the availability should be there."

"Thw only problem we had was with the AC. We were there the first week of October and our rooms were warm. When we asked they told us it had not been turned on and they would do so. After going back and forth a few times we were told they just turned on the blower because in the ‘winter’ they don’t have AC. We did not have this issue traveling in Italy for over 25 days. It was strange and felt like they did not want to just tell us that from the beginning. Otherwise the hotel was lovely appointed."
