Great alternative to dreary business hotels
Great stay and a great alternative to the dreary Travelodge or Premier inns that I have grown accustomed to. Breakfast is nice and freshly made to order and the rooms were great. would definitely recommend

Wonderful customer service
On arriving at the hotel it appeared very ordinary.......even the reception. On reaching our room-wow! Beautifully decorated and a very contemporary bathroom, balcony with patio table and chairs with a view over the moors to Plymouth = stunning. The bed was very comfortable and the shutters on the window ensured that we had a wonderful sleep. The restaurant served a very reasonably priced evening meal with everything cooked fresh and tasting wonderful, we don't normally eat at the hotels we stay in, preferring to sample local restaurants, but this was so good we ate there two of the three evenings, we would have eaten there on all three but it was fully booked by locals on the Saturday, testament to the standard of food. We needed to leave, each morning, earlier than breakfast was served, we spoke to the reception to see if we could get breakfast anywhere local....such was the amazing service, they said they would open half an hour earlier just for us and a wonderful breakfast it was. I can not speak more highly of this place. Thank you so much to all staff but especially to Rosemary who appeared to be on duty at all meals and couldn't do enough for us.

Really good, was not what I expected for the price, I would visit again. WiFi was a bit sluggish but great escape.
