All staff members were very friendly and helpful with answers to my questions. Room and bathroom were clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast buffet was excellent with cooked to order eggs and other items. Location was very close to train station for direct travel to Brussels airport. The tram from the train station to city center was easy to use for sightseeing. I would recommend this hotel to travelers visiting Ghent.

Gent was our favorite city in Belgium. We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The king hotel room we booked was the largest room we had during our trip. This hotel is conveniently located, as it is less than a 5 min walk from Gent-Sint-Pieters train station. Very close to Citadel park, which was nice for a morning stroll. The breakfast at the hotel was the best breakfast during our trip, with a wide variety of food. We will most definitely be back.
