Amazing!
I have been coming to London for the past 5 years as my son attends Kings College, London. I have stayed at The Savoy, The Goring, gotten VRBO's etc. The ME is wonderful. I have finally found the hotel to return to. The rooms are spotless, they are soundproofed so it is very quiet, Concierge is beyond and the Rooftop Bar is a must. 5 stars all the way around. I am not one to leave reviews but this time I simply had to share.

Great hotel and rooftop bar, slow service sometime
Beautiful hotel, rooms are spacious, modern and clean. Great location. Enjoyed the Japanese restaurant Zala and loved the rooftop bar, quality of food was excellent. The only issue at the bar is that the service is very slow, the venue itself is great but I don’t think they have enough staff to cope with the number of guests seated, especially at peak times. So you might end up waiting 20-30 mins before being served. The italian member of the staff at reception/concierge was really helpful and customer orientated, nothing was ever too much for him and always ready to support me with any request I had. Overall really good experience, I would go back

Amazing location & Staff.
I forgot how great the location of the ME Hotel is. Right in the heart of Covent Garden & theatre-land. The reception and guest service staff are excellent. Sabir deserves a special mention for his knowledge, memory & welcoming smile. So great to have someone prepared to put themselves out for no self gain. The room was very well presented and maintained during our stay. Will definitely be back.
